Plans and pricing

Publishing needs a paid plan or a one-time bundle. On the free plan you can design and preview your invitation, then publish it once you subscribe or claim a bundle's site allowance.

It is a non-recurring annual bundle. Both options include one invitation website. Standard costs $29.00 and includes one of each of these widgets: Countdown timer, RSVP form, Accordion (FAQ), and QR code. Premium costs $59.00 and also includes Music player, Save the date, and Fully editable map. Standard allows 100 new responses per RSVP form; Premium allows unlimited responses.

Sharing templates with clients stays a plan feature. A bundle also does not cover two widgets of the same type at the same time: one countdown and one RSVP form can be active together, but a second countdown needs another matching allowance or the existing allowance must first be deactivated and reassigned in the widget editors. Widget reassignment has no move limit. The bundle does not renew automatically.

Yes. While its current paid year is active, you can upgrade that same bundle to Premium for $30.00. Existing site and widget assignments stay in place, Music player, Save the date, and Fully editable map allowances are added, and the original paid-through date does not change.

Yes. You can switch plans here anytime, and upgrades apply right away. To cancel, go to Settings, then Billing. You keep your plan until the end of the current billing period.

Each folder copy a buyer makes from your shared links is billed at your plan's per-copy rate at the end of the month.

Yearly billing costs about 2 months less than paying monthly. It is the same plan, billed once a year.

No. You're billed for the copies made from your shared links. On the templates you share, the recipient gets every feature your plan includes. They can edit and publish with nothing extra to pay.

Yes. If the recipient opens access, you can help edit their copy, and publish it too if they allow it.

Invitations made from your shared folders stay live while your plan is active. If your plan lapses they pause until you resume, or the recipient can keep one live by claiming a one-time bundle's site allowance.

Embeddable widgets include countdown timer, rSVP form, accordion (FAQ), qR code, music player, save the date, and fully editable map. Each one stands on its own, outside any invitation. You build it here and paste one link into a design you made somewhere else, in Canva or on any site that accepts an embed.

No. Building and previewing any widget is free, on any plan. What you pay for is the embed code that puts it on another site.

Yes. Each widget can take one free trial, so you can paste it where you plan to use it and see it running. The trial lasts 7 days from the moment you start it. When it ends the link stays the same and works again after you restore a sufficient plan or matching one-time allowance.

Music player, Save the date, and Fully editable map need a Premium or Pro subscription, or the $59.00 Premium one-time bundle. Countdown timer, RSVP form, Accordion (FAQ), and QR code work from Basic, or the $29.00 Standard bundle.

It keeps working for a 10-day grace period. After grace, the same link shows Invitarium's unavailable placeholder until you renew or take a sufficient plan. Basic restores Countdown timer, RSVP form, Accordion (FAQ), and QR code; Music player, Save the date, and Fully editable map need Premium or Pro. Your settings and responses stay.

No. On a paid plan you can share a folder of widgets, and everyone who takes a copy gets their own, with your settings already in place, for free. Sharing itself needs a plan, so a one-time bundle covers only the site and widget allowances you claim on your own account.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Open Settings, then Billing, to see payment history and available receipt links. If you need to replace a payment method and no payment action is shown there, contact support without sending card details in your message.
